Rintajouppi Machine
UI/UX Design / Service Design
Summary
Rintajouppi Machine needed to redesign its website and clarify the customer purchase journey, but above all, to boost sales by generating more leads. The site’s user experience had become outdated: searching the vehicle and machinery listings wasn’t as comprehensive as users needed, the content was fragmented, and the visual identity looked dated. In particular, the distinction between trade-in and rental machines was unclear in the context of machine resales. The site also needed mobile and search engine optimization.

Description
Using insights from workshops and buyer personas, we defined the site’s content structure and machine taxonomy, which formed the basis for the user interface. I designed the interface to keep the most important content visible at all times, compact but clear and visually strong. The new site serves both buyers and sellers: versatile filters help users find the right machines quickly, the structure is clearer and more sales-driven, and contact options appear where users need a salesperson, financing or other support. The redesign has been well received by the client and its sales team, and the number of leads has doubled. It was a pleasure to be responsible for the design of this project.
